Hi, I’m Allie, and Quiet Wild is my little corner of calm in a noisy world. I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly two decades, and through all the ups and downs, I’ve come to deeply appreciate gentle movement, grounded breath, and the power of settling into your own body.
Quiet Wild is for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. My classes focus on resetting the nervous system, creating space to breathe, and moving in ways that feel good to you. No pressure, no judgment, just real yoga for real people.
I created Quiet Wild because I wanted to build a community that’s kind, welcoming, and a little wild in the best ways. Thank you for being here and sharing this journey with me.
