What to Expect
Quiet Wild classes mostly happen outdoors in beautiful, peaceful locations where you can connect with nature as you move and breathe. When the weather isn’t cooperating, classes will also be available online so you can join from wherever feels best. Someday, there might even be a cozy studio space to gather in person.
Classes range from slow, gentle flows to more energized sessions, but the heart of Quiet Wild is always calm, soft, and welcoming. No matter your level or style, you’ll find space to move at your own pace and feel more grounded in your body and mind.
